Puppy Waiting List Form

I have two types of waiting list. The Guaranteed Puppy List and the Reservation List.

GUARANTEED PUPPY LIST
This is the list where you have decided that you definitely want a puppy from me and want to commit. You are then guaranteed a puppy of the sex you have chosen from that litter. To be on this list you have to pay the deposit of £250 which shows a commitment from both sides and is non-returnable. You will be guaranteed a Puppy from me providing when we meet all ok. If however we are horrified with each other then I do return your deposit (never happened as everyone always so nice!). I accept deposits for this list up to 4 weeks of age you are then made appointments in order of contact.

RESERVATION LIST

The Reservation List does not guarantee a puppy and no deposit is required to be on this list. I do ask that you keep in touch if on this list as I don’t like to fill it up too much to avoid disappointment, so if you find a puppy elsewhere I’d appreciate a quick note to let me know. When all the prospective owners have chosen from the Guaranteed Puppy List I then make appointments from this list in order of contact, if there are any puppies left. Deposits will be required when you visit.

Please note the intention of this form is not to catch anyone out, it is purely to help me ensure that when we meet I cover all the specific areas relevant to you. For instance if you work, this does not necessarily mean you cannot have a puppy, there are so many variables to this question it just enables me to ensure I know thats your intention so we can go through its pros and cons and we can both make informed decisions.

If you live so far away and it is difficult to get to me for a visit, I do love to use technology so we can meet via video conferencing, please just ask me for details. Please note that although I love technology any puppies sold will have to be physically collected by you, so we do end up meeting face to face eventually.
